I'm sure you've heard about the gut microbiome, but have you heard of the reproductive one? The reproductive microbiome is a relatively new area of focus that is reshaping our understanding of fertility. A healthy reproductive microbiome is vital for conception, a smooth pregnancy, infant health, and even enhances IVF success.

It's been a difficult time emotionally for so many of my friends and patients, and of course those even closer to violence around the globe. While the scope of my practice may be centered on individual healing, it is crucial to acknowledge the interconnectedness of global events and their influence on our emotional and physical bodies.

It's officially fall, but it feels a little like spring to me with not only the warmer weather but the busyness of diving into projects that were put on hold during the summer. I opened my clinic August 1st! You can now find me at the 550 Water Street complex near Dig Gardens in Midtown Santa Cruz.The dust is still settling - more art, plants and furnishing are coming but I am open and loving my new space.
